| Fri. 09/03/10 | KIPP Cookout at South Fulton Academy | Community Service | Michael Stimpert | The first big event of the school year at South Fulton Academy will be a cookout to be held on the school campus from 5:00 to 7:30 on Friday, September 3rd. Buckhead Rotarians and their spouses/significant others are invited to meet the students, their parents, and the faculty at this casual event. The parents will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs. If you want to bring a small grill, you can help with the cooking, but the main purpose is to introduce BRC to the SFA community. 1286 Washington Avenue

Directions to the School (about 20 minutes from Buckhead): I-75 South to I-85 then take the Cleveland Avenue exit. Turn right (west). Go about 1 mile to Bayard St, which is one block beyond the South Fulton Medical Center. Turn left on Bayard and go 4 blocks to Washington Ave. Turn left and enter the parking lot just beyond the school on the right. |
