No Meeting Monday: Apple Polishing at 5:30 p.m.

by Kelly Green

Do you remember the teacher who changed your life? Probably. Today, teachers are still enriching tomorrow's leaders and helping to foster their dreams. These teachers deserve our thanks. That's why every year, Buckhead Rotary sends nearly 3,000 local teachers a shiny red apple as a gesture of our appreciation. The gift also includes a special note and a copy of the Four-Way Test.

Monday, October 26, we will gather at the American Legion Post on Powers Ferry Road near Chastain Park to polish the apples and enjoy a barbecue dinner.
