Club President from Romania Exchanges Flags

Andrian Mihei, Past President of the Rotary Club of Constanta in Romania, visited our club Monday and exchanged banner flags with President Means. Mihei is currently assistant governor of Rotary District 2241 covering Romania and Moldavia.

Andrian, who has a daughter living in Atlanta, is in town for the birth of his first grandchild.
