Rotarian of the Week: Walter Allen

By unanimous consent, the club named Walter Allen as Rotarian of the Week. A member since 1966, including more than 45 years of perfect attendance, Walter was recognized for sponsored eight members and for recently taking over as chair of Literacy In Action.
